Sales Representative (Bishkek)

About the role

Join Sika's Concrete Sales Team as a Sales Representative in the Concrete Business Unit, driving market penetration in Kyrgyzstan and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and construction companies across Kyrgyzstan.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and decision‑makers in the construction sector.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to showcase Sika solutions.
• Prepare customized proposals and commercial offers based on client needs and project requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to shape sales strategy.
• Collaborate with the technical team for post‑sale support and successful project implementation.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, manage the project pipeline, and prepare performance forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years proven sales experience in construction materials, chemical products or related B2B industries.
• Strong negotiation and deal‑closing skills, results‑oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines.
• Fluent in Kyrgyz and Russian; English is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the local construction market and concrete applications.
