About the role

AliveShoes is building a global movement that puts fashion creators at the centre of design, production and sales. As a Fashion Revolution Catalyst you will help scale the platform, empower creators and reshape the industry’s traditional model.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging fashion trends and translate them into community‑building initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that attract and retain creators on the platform.
• Shape product and branding narratives for footwear, bags and apparel.
• Utilise dashboards and AI‑driven tools to analyse data, optimise performance and guide decision‑making.
• Create compelling video and social‑media content that inspires creators.
• Collaborate with remote, cross‑functional teams to drive platform growth.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion, technology and creator empowerment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to disrupt an industry that has changed little since the 1980s.
• Comfortable working remotely and navigating a fast‑moving, global team.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to share bold ideas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with dashboard and analytics tools.
• Experience using AI‑powered platforms for content or data analysis.
