About the role

Provide audio and video interpreting for Hakha Chin speakers through a web‑based platform, supporting Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals in various settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective audio and video interpreting on demand via a web platform.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and provide superior customer service.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct.
• Follow all company policies, professional interpretation protocols, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Full fluency in English and Hakha Chin.
• Technology proficient with web‑based platforms, email, and Microsoft Word.
• Quiet, secure interpreting space free from external noise.
• At least 1 year of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Relevant certifications or training (e.g., CMI, CCHI) are a plus.
