Remote Dinka Interpreter

About the role

Provide telephonic interpretation services in Dinka for Limited English Proficient callers across a variety of settings. Work remotely, answering inbound calls promptly while delivering high‑quality language support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and provide effective remote interpreting.
• Deliver superior customer service while adhering to professional conduct and confidentiality standards.
• Follow all LSA policies, interpretation protocols, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Full fluency in English and Dinka.
• At least 1 year of professional interpreting experience (preferred).
• Access to a quiet, secure interpreting space free from external noise.
• Relevant certifications or trainings such as CMI, CCHI, Bridging the Gap, or Cross‑Cultural (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with web‑based platforms and email.
• Microsoft Word.
