Junior Social Media Associate

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Junior Social Media Associate to support the planning and execution of our digital marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you will create visual content, manage our social platforms, and help keep our digital presence consistent and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, presentations and other digital assets primarily using Figma.
• Manage the organization’s social media accounts, schedule and publish content, and monitor engagement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Lead on campaign planning, content preparation and timeline coordination.
• Liaise with external agencies, freelancers and creative partners, reviewing deliverables for brand compliance.
• Prepare regular performance reports, tracking reach, impressions and audience growth, and provide improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong working knowledge of Figma with a portfolio showcasing social media or UI designs.
• Fluent in Kyrgyz and English (written and spoken); conversational Turkish or Russian is a plus.
• Good organizational and communication skills with a basic understanding of social media management.
