Local Grants Administration Consultant – Field Based (3 openings)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) seeks three field‑based Local Grants Administration Consultants to support beneficiaries of the 1+1 Matching Grants Programme in Kyrgyzstan. Consultants will work directly with grant recipients in Osh, Jalal‑Abad or Batken oblasts, ensuring procurement activities are carried out in line with IOM policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify suitable vendors, obtain quotations and collect required vendor information for approved grant projects.
• Prepare, submit and verify procurement documentation, monitor delivery of goods/services and confirm compliance with IOM financial and procurement procedures.
• Coordinate with the Lead Grants Administration Consultant, the IOM Project Team and the Resource Management Unit while providing on‑site support to beneficiaries.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Development Studies or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in project/grant administration, finance, procurement, logistics or vendor management.
• Knowledge of procurement processes; experience with IOM procurement policies or other donor‑funded projects is an asset.
• Fluency in Kyrgyz (spoken and written) and working knowledge of Russian; English is advantageous.
