About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our banking team on an internship basis, with the possibility of permanent employment. The role involves promoting the bank’s products and services to both business and individual customers.

Key responsibilities

• Attract B2B and B2C clients for opening bank cards, mobile and internet banking applications, and other banking products.
• Provide consulting on tariffs and benefits of the bank’s offerings.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and process client applications and related documentation.

Required profile

• Higher education or secondary‑specialized education.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Kyrgyz and Russian.
• Strong negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
• Personal qualities: communicative, proactive, stress‑resilient and able to multitask.
