Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Specialist to join our Marketing team in Kyrgyzstan. The role will support company growth targets by balancing volume, revenue, market share and profitability through a Quality Growth framework.

Key responsibilities

• Drive RGM workshop initiatives and translate strategic recommendations into actionable plans.
• Lead the monthly volume forecasting cycle using commercial insights, sales history, out‑of‑stock analysis, pricing, marketing and trade initiatives, and competitive data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to improve forecasting accuracy and align cross‑functional actions.
• Manage portfolio and SKU optimisation, conduct profitability reviews, and recommend product launches or delistings.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies, including price‑pack architecture, competitive price indexes and affordability analysis.
• Support the Annual Business Plan and Long‑Range Plan through strategic volume, revenue and profitability initiatives.
• Analyse channel and regional mix to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor performance.
• Implement market intelligence reporting, consumer research studies and data analysis, and conduct field visits to validate assumptions.
• Launch and enhance Power BI reporting tools for performance tracking.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical ability and experience working with large data sets.
• Experience as a demand planner or sales/business analyst.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
