Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Specialist

About the role

CCI, a multinational beverage company producing and distributing Coca-Cola sparkling and still beverages across several Central Asian and Middle Eastern countries, is looking for a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Specialist to join its Marketing team in Kyrgyzstan. The role supports company growth targets by balancing volume, revenue, market share and profitability, working across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Run monthly volume forecasting based on commercial insights, sales history, out-of-stock analysis, price points, marketing and trade initiatives and competition, and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy
• Own portfolio management and SKU optimization, including monthly profitability reviews and recommendations for launches and delistings
• Develop and execute pricing strategies, including price and pack architecture, competitive price indexes and affordability analysis
• Support the Annual Business Plan and Long-Range Plan, and lead the Portfolio Mix Strategy and channel/region actions, with detailed mix analysis and competitor monitoring
• Monitor category, channel and competitor performance to spot growth opportunities and business risks
• Lead implementation of insights and analytics, including market intelligence reporting, consumer research and data analysis, and launch the PBI reporting tool
• Conduct regular market visits and field assessments, and support delivery of the ABP and LRP objectives

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
• Intermediate English and above
• Experience as a demand planner or in a sales/business analyst role
• Analytical, responsible and organized, with negotiation and communication skills
