Senior Director, AI Data Platforms & Knowledge Systems

About the role

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑wide AI data frameworks, platforms and knowledge systems for a large international technology organization. Drive the creation of reusable data products, semantic assets and AI‑ready architectures that enable scalable AI applications across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Shape AI data strategy, architecture and roadmaps; evaluate emerging technologies.
• Expand enterprise data product capabilities, develop semantic models, taxonomies and knowledge frameworks.
• Build retrieval frameworks, context management and RAG, vector search, embeddings for AI agents.
• Review and improve data architectures, pipelines, observability, lifecycle management and platform resilience.
• Establish data quality, lineage, metadata, governance and privacy standards.
• Assess new AI and data technologies, prioritize initiatives and contribute to technology planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field.
• Extensive experience in enterprise data engineering, AI platforms and large‑scale data products.
• Proven track record delivering business outcomes through data and AI transformation.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, multi‑market organisations.
