Senior Finance Operations Analyst

About the role

Join Glovo’s Finance team in Bishkek and help shape financial decisions for the local market. You will own the month‑end closing pipeline, monthly forecasts and annual business planning models, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end closing (MEC) reporting, monthly Best Estimation (BE) forecasts and annual Business Planning (BP) models.
• Create executive‑friendly reports with concise financial analysis and business insights.
• Develop data‑validation processes to detect and resolve financial anomalies and reporting gaps.
• Maintain localized P&L integrity through proper group mapping, classification and expense allocation.
• Support continuous improvement and automation of budgeting, reporting and analysis.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Marketing and Q‑Commerce leads to model profitability, optimise costs and evaluate promotional ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting (Master’s a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, Financial Analysis, Controlling or top‑tier audit.
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualisation).
• Google Sheets proficiency.
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
