Senior Growth Manager - CIS

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to lead our market strategy for the CIS region. The role combines strategic planning, KPI ownership and cross‑functional leadership to accelerate user acquisition, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the market marketing strategy and annual plan.
• Drive core business KPIs such as registrations, first‑time‑trade (FTT), monthly active users (MAU), trading activity and revenue growth.
• Allocate and prioritize the marketing budget to maximise impact.
• Identify and pursue the highest‑impact growth opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional planning with Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid media and regional teams.
• Define market priorities and go‑to‑market (GTM) direction.
• Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team.
• Represent the CIS market in regional planning and business discussions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing or Commercial Marketing.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a proven record of owning business KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Leadership potential to evolve into a Market Lead role.
• Experience in crypto, fintech or technology sectors is a strong advantage.
• Native Russian speaker with excellent English communication skills.
