Senior SAP MDG Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP MDG Consultant to join our global delivery team. You will design, configure and implement SAP Master Data Governance solutions that enable clients to streamline master data processes and achieve greater business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Configure SAP MDG solutions to match client requirements across domains such as Customer, Vendor, Material and Finance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and advise on SAP MDG standard processes and features.
• Define and document detailed functional specifications for development teams.
• Implement SAP MDM and SAP S/4 HANA MDG functionality, including data transfer, replication frameworks and business rules (DIF/DEF, DRF, BRFplus).
• Develop and maintain MDG data, UI and process models, and configure rule‑based workflows.
• Execute data migration activities and ensure seamless transitions.
• Support Central Finance (CFIN) project implementations and manage MDG roles and authorizations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP MDG/MDM and data governance for multiple master data domains.
• At least one full‑cycle SAP MDG implementation as a functional consultant.
• Deep knowledge of SAP MDG EhP6, MDG 7.0/8.0 and SAP MDG on S/4 HANA.
• Proven expertise in data transfer, replication and business‑rule frameworks (DIF/DEF, DRF, BRFplus).
• Hands‑on experience with derivation, validation and MDG standard processes.
• Experience in Central Finance (CFIN) projects and managing MDG roles/authorizations.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).
