Solutions Architect – Digital Engagement

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Solutions Architect to join its Digital Engagement Practice. You will shape next‑generation digital experiences for leading brands by combining strategy, design, and engineering across content, commerce, data, and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with C‑level executives (CMO, CDO, CTO) to translate experience goals into scalable architectures.
• Define solution strategies for composable DXP, headless commerce, API‑first frameworks, and MACH‑aligned platforms.
• Create reference architectures, technical blueprints, and narrative guides for client investments.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and regulatory standards (GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS, etc.).
• Provide technical mentorship to delivery teams and act as a thought leader on AI‑native strategies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in technology roles, including at least 3 years as a Solutions Architect delivering complex digital platforms.
• Proven expertise with one or more Digital Experience Platforms or commerce systems.
• Hands‑on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectural patterns (microservices, serverless, containers).
• Strong understanding of AI and generative AI applications in personalization and commerce.
