Account Manager – SMB (Kyrgyzstan)

About the role

Glovo is seeking a motivated Account Manager to support Small and Medium Business (SMB) restaurant partners in Kyrgyzstan. You will act as a trusted consultant, using data‑driven insights to help partners grow their sales through strategic advertising and tailored commercial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies that increase partner sales and strengthen Glovo’s market presence.
• Build and manage a high‑performing portfolio of restaurant partners, identifying opportunities for promotions and initiatives.
• Analyze key metrics such as order volume, ROI on campaigns, and operational efficiency to optimise sales performance.
• Investigate under‑performing campaigns, spot sales trends and recommend data‑backed improvements.
• Lead commercial projects that enhance Glovo’s position in key market areas.
• Drive internal initiatives to improve sales effectiveness, pitching success rates and team productivity.
• Proactively engage partners through calls, pitches and negotiations to unlock growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or account management, comfortable reaching out to partners and pitching solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret numbers and identify trends.
• Strategic thinking to help partners grow beyond day‑to‑day management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building long‑term relationships.
• Adaptability and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑changing environment.
