Brewing Technical Expert

About the role

The Brewing Technical Expert will drive continuous, sustainable improvement of product quality across the value chain by optimizing brewing technology and ensuring strict adherence to global standards. You will work closely with brewing managers, plant managers and zone leaders to embed best‑practice VPO (Value, Process, Outcome) methods throughout the department.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all global technical governance requirements and local brewing manuals.
• Audit plants against a standard template, identify non‑compliance, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate process changes, quality improvements, global brand brewing initiatives and project implementations.
• Detect out‑of‑control trends, lead problem‑solving using VPO tools, and maintain proactive process monitoring.
• Oversee raw‑material monitoring and enforce PTS (Process & Product Technical Specifications) standards.
