Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development & Branch Representative will be based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, combining B2B sales of Huawei‑based solar solutions with day‑to‑day management of the local branch. You will drive market growth, secure commercial clients, and ensure smooth inventory and documentation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target and acquire commercial and industrial B2B clients across Kyrgyzstan, delivering technical and commercial presentations and closing sales contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with local EPC contractors, business owners and regional partners while maintaining an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Log inbound inventory shipments and outbound deliveries in the pre‑configured ERP system, monitor stock balances and hand over trade, shipping and customs documents to outsourced partners.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record in energy, industrial, hardware or infrastructure sectors within Kyrgyzstan.
• Fluency in Kyrgyz and Russian; professional proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct frequent field meetings and warehouse checks.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and ability to maintain records in ERP/CRM software.
• Experience with inventory management and documentation handling.
• Strong autonomy and ability to work independently.
