Chief SAP S/4HANA Credit Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Chief SAP S/4HANA Credit Management Consultant to lead the design, delivery, and global rollout of Credit Management solutions within a SAP S/4HANA environment. You will act as the functional lead and subject‑matter expert, collaborating with architects, integration teams, and senior business stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM Credit Management.
• Own the solution blueprint and align it with Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) architecture.
• Facilitate workshops to capture credit policies, risk‑management needs, and market‑specific requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, configuration decisions, and implementation inputs.
• Configure credit segments, limits, exposure, scoring, automatic checks, block/release processes, and reporting.
• Define integration points with SAP SD, FI, Business Partner, and non‑SAP systems.
• Support testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression), cut‑over, go‑live, and hyper‑care activities.
• Diagnose complex functional defects and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Guide global template creation and manage localization for market rollouts.
• Provide functional leadership and knowledge transfer to other consultants and market teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM.
• Strong understanding of Credit Management and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Proven experience in global S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or template rollouts.
• Ability to lead functional workshops and engage senior stakeholders independently.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and English communication skills (C1 level).
