Cook – restaurant kitchen positions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated cook to join the kitchen teams of Ilse Krog, Bar Shtisel or Moreno Pizza. You will be a key player in daily kitchen operations, handling preparation, cooking and service while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and stations according to recipes and daily plans.
• Cook and plate dishes efficiently, especially during peak periods.
• Maintain cleanliness, order and proper storage of all kitchen areas.
• Collaborate closely with service staff and the bar to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adapt to different restaurant concepts, from bistro and wine bar to Italian espresso bar and wood‑fired pizza.

Required profile

• Previous experience working as a cook in a restaurant kitchen.
• Comfortable with both prep work and direct service.
• Ability to keep quality and focus when the pace speeds up.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and respectful of raw materials.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
