Creator Coordinator

About the role

TubeScience is seeking a Creator Coordinator to manage reporting, logistics, and the creator network. The role involves onboarding new creators, maintaining schedules, and ensuring accurate data across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate creator onboarding logistics, schedule introductory meetings, and manage onboarding forms.
• Maintain creator schedules, availability, and ensure stakeholders are informed of creator constraints.
• Track and report creator feedback, compliance, and performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Build and update a creator database with specialties, rates, demographics, and past performance.
• Scout and recruit new creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in coordination or operations roles such as talent coordination, influencer marketing, or casting.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, and Slack.
• Comfort with automation and AI tools for workflow optimization.
