Middle Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a Middle Project Manager to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. This remote contract position involves managing projects from requirements gathering through delivery and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full internal project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution delivery and process implementation.
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Lead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing workflows.
• Drive change management, adapting quickly to evolving priorities while ensuring smooth execution.
• Monitor project performance and KPIs, aligning delivery with business outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to support decision‑making and propose solutions.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities across teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Hands‑on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences.
• Data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes.
• Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
