Director ATMS

About the role

We are seeking a Director ATMS to lead the operational management of our ATM network within a leading financial services multinational. The role will drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and innovate service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operational management of ATMs to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve organizational goals.
• Drive innovation and implement new technologies to enhance service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in ATM and dispenser operations within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
• Strong understanding of business services and operational management.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
