Founding Customer Success Manager

About the role

As Bolter's Founding Customer Success Manager you will build the customer success function from the ground up, onboarding high‑impact operators and turning their workflows into automated blueprints.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 concierge onboarding sessions, ensuring each new operator leaves with a working automation.
• Collaborate with operators to map their processes and create reusable blueprints for the library.
• Drive retention by managing check‑ins, reactivations and team invitations.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback weekly, delivering insights to the product team.
• Design and document onboarding playbooks, health metrics and engagement models, and help recruit the future CS team.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in customer success, account management, onboarding, consulting or a similar client‑facing role, preferably in fast‑scaling tech startups.
• Ability to extract complex business processes and document them as clear step‑by‑step workflows.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands‑on attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS or AI‑driven platforms.
• Process mapping and workflow automation knowledge.
