Immigration Paralegal (Remote, Kyrgyzstan)

About the role

A fully remote immigration law firm is looking for a Paralegal based in Kyrgyzstan to support its U.S.-based attorneys. The position requires working during U.S. business hours and covers form preparation, legal research and client follow-up.

Key responsibilities

• Call leads and existing clients to collect information, schedule consultations and give case updates.
• Draft, review and organize immigration forms, petitions and supporting documentation.
• Conduct legal research on U.S. immigration laws, policies and case strategies.
• Maintain case files, manage deadlines and track case progress.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings and client communications.
• Answer client questions by phone, email and virtual platforms.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, Russian and Kyrgyz (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Turkish is highly preferred.
• Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant or in an immigration law office is preferred.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours (CST).
• Strong phone communication, lead management and customer service skills; highly organized with good attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with U.S. immigration forms and procedures is a strong advantage.
