IT Help Desk Specialist

About the role

SEARGIN is a multinational technology company operating in 50 countries, delivering solutions for space, life‑science, and industrial sectors. As part of the new Seargin project, we are seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide on‑site support for our local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary on‑site IT contact, delivering timely support for daily operations.
• Provision, configure and manage end‑user hardware, including laptops, monitors, meeting‑room equipment, access‑control and CCTV systems.
• Handle Layer 1 and Layer 2 service requests, MDM enrollments and resolve Jira tickets.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory in Snipe‑IT, perform system updates and monitor local IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical assistance for corporate events such as stand‑ups and culture days.
• Administer corporate IT tools and continuously improve documentation and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong working knowledge of both Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Hands‑on experience with ticketing tools, preferably Jira.
• Previous experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles.
• Fluent in English and either Russian or Kyrgyz.
• Availability for on‑site work at least three days per week.
