About the role

Helios Duty Free is looking for a proactive Category Manager to lead the Perfume & Cosmetics and Fashion categories. You will shape assortment strategy, analyse market trends and drive business growth across the duty‑free network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement assortment strategies for Perfume & Cosmetics and Fashion, monitoring market demand and trends.
• Analyse sales, margin, turnover and inventory data to identify growth opportunities and make data‑driven decisions.
• Plan purchases and manage stock levels, taking into account seasonality, sales forecasts and budget constraints.
• Introduce new brands and SKUs, nurture promising items and phase out under‑performing products.
• Negotiate with suppliers and brands, securing commercial terms and reliable deliveries.
• Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for senior management and collaborate with sales, marketing, logistics, warehouse and finance teams.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, marketing, management or a related field.
• Fluent English (minimum Intermediate).
• 2‑3 years of experience as a Category Manager, preferably in perfume, fashion, retail, FMCG, luxury or duty‑free.
• Proven experience with assortment planning, purchasing, supplier management and commercial analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market, competitor and consumer data.
• Detail‑oriented, systematic and highly responsible.
• Capable of making independent decisions and supporting them with quantitative evidence.
