Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are scaling the paid acquisition engine for our rapidly growing Salmon product line. As the Performance Marketing Manager you will own end‑to‑end user acquisition, driving volume across Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms while collaborating closely with creative, product and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and additional channels.
• Generate and manage creative concepts, maintaining a backlog of assets for testing.
• Own the full growth loop – select channels, creatives and funnels, and be accountable for performance results.
• Work with creative, product, web/SEO and analytics teams to execute multi‑channel campaigns.
• Maintain a structured experiment tracking system to ensure learnings compound across channels.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, preferably in fintech, banking or digital consumer services.
• Deep expertise running campaigns on Meta as the primary channel and experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads or similar platforms.
• Proven track record promoting mobile apps, including web‑to‑app acquisition.
• Ability to run continuous test loops: formulate hypotheses, ship variants and draw data‑driven conclusions.
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking and analytics tools.
• Fluent English (minimum B2); familiarity with the Philippine market is a plus.
