Project Manager – Marketing Campaigns

About the role

Salmon is looking for a Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end process of launching marketing communications. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to turn business requests into well‑structured campaigns that reach millions of users across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing campaigns from request intake through launch.
• Gather, clarify, and formalise requirements with internal teams.
• Translate business requests into clear tasks, priorities, and timelines.
• Coordinate execution across multiple teams and keep launches on schedule.
• Ensure campaign quality, minimise errors and rework.
• Continuously improve the campaign workflow with better processes, templates and checklists.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Ability to structure ambiguous requests and drive them to completion.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving tech environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Fluent Russian (must‑have) and currently based outside Russia or Belarus.
• Basic SQL knowledge or experience working closely with analytics/technical teams (nice to have).
• Experience in marketing, CRM, or customer communications (nice to have).
