Project Developer – Mining & Metals (South America)

About the role

Aquatech is a global provider of water and process technology solutions, helping leading companies achieve sustainability goals. The Project Developer – Mining & Metals will focus on developing water and wastewater treatment projects for mining clients across South America, working remotely with travel as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project development for mining clients throughout South America.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for water and wastewater treatment solutions.
• Create strategic sales plans for individual mining accounts, aligning them with Aquatech’s portfolio.
• Maintain strong relationships with key client accounts and ensure high levels of client service.

Required profile

• 10+ years of direct sales or operational consulting experience in the South American mining industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business, or Engineering.
• Willingness to travel 35‑50% of the time and hold an active passport and valid driver’s license.
• Self‑starter with a proven ability to meet revenue and business‑development targets.
