Project Engineer (Central Asia)

About the role

As a Project Engineer for Central Asia, you will support the implementation of a national fuel marking program, ensuring smooth procurement, logistics, and inventory management while coordinating with local and international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the national fuel marking program, handling procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with local and international partners to maintain effective operational performance.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to align expectations and report progress.
• Maintain and troubleshoot field equipment to guarantee optimal functionality.
• Standardise procedures and documentation to ensure consistent work standards.
• Develop training materials and assist in launching similar programmes in other regions.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering, chemistry, operations or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in field operations or technical programme implementation.
• Fluent Russian and business‑level English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Curiosity, flexibility, resourcefulness and a drive to deliver tangible results.
