Project Manager

About the role

Optima Bank is looking for a Project Manager to lead fintech initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional teams and deliver digital banking products. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define project goals, scope, deliverables and create detailed implementation plans with milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations and adjust priorities to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate product teams including business analysts, developers, QA, designers and other specialists.
• Break down projects into tasks, track status in Jira (or similar) and ensure timely completion.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies and handle change requests.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, provide status reports and prepare project documentation.
• Oversee project closure, organize acceptance testing and summarize results.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).
• Excellent planning, risk‑management and communication skills.
• Higher education in IT, economics, management or a related field.
