Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and creative Regional Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our fast‑growing marketing function across Central Asia, primarily focusing on Kyrgyzstan while also covering Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia and Armenia. Key responsibilities

• Define and create country‑specific marketing strategies for each target market.
• Develop and implement demand‑generation and lead‑generation plans across the region.
• Launch marketing campaigns, monitor performance and evaluate results against KPIs.
• Support market research during new‑region penetration, respecting local ethics, culture and customs.
• Provide assistance for marketing events, exhibitions and ongoing regional activities.
• Coordinate the regional marketing team and manage delegated projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related business field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Fluent in Kyrgyz and Russian, with very good English proficiency.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
