Retention Manager (Kazakh/Kirgiz & Russian languages)

About the role

The Retention Manager will work remotely to support Talk with Us' clients in the iGaming, Fintech and IT sectors. The role focuses on maintaining and growing relationships with Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Russian‑speaking customers through proactive phone outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to existing and potential clients.
• Reactivate inactive customers and retain current accounts.
• Build long‑term relationships and provide personalized offers, including betting promotions.
• Inform clients about new bonuses, promotions and tailored proposals.
• Resolve client issues promptly as they arise.
• Maintain accurate client records using the CRM system.

Required profile

• Own a remote‑work setup: Windows 10 or 11 (64‑bit) with at least 8 GB RAM.
• Fluent in Kazakh or Kyrgyz and Russian.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Persuasive, able to handle objections and close sales.
• Motivated to develop a career in sales and increase earnings.
• Previous experience in phone sales or active selling is a plus.

Required skills

• CRM system usage.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 operating system.
