Senior Logistics Analyst

About the role

Join GDIT’s rapidly expanding US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems eXtended (US BICES‑X) program as a Senior Logistics Analyst. You will support critical logistics and procurement functions for a globally dispersed team that enables DoD intelligence sharing and mission success.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse equipment inventories, storage, issue, shipping and receiving, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with software teams and leadership on renewals, new purchases, updates, and tracking for combatant commands.
• Support annual spend‑down of materials and spares, updating data on SharePoint.
• Facilitate local and remote inventory efforts, providing weekly and monthly status reports to leadership.
• Update the System of Record database, assist with logistical support for site codes, and generate capability analysis reports.
• Manage disposal actions and mandatory documentation.
• Enter, track, and receive software and hardware maintenance renewals and new purchases throughout the purchasing process.
• Work with vendors, IT, and supply‑chain teams to resolve complex enterprise purchasing issues.
• Coordinate shipments using commercial and DoD transportation methods.

Required profile

• 10+ years of related logistics, inventory or supply‑chain experience.
• Current Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient use of Excel and Microsoft Office products.
• Able to learn logistics database systems such as ServiceNow.
• Basic knowledge of IT equipment (routers, switches, etc.).
