Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Yandex Kyrgyzstan is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Yandex Eats in the Kyrgyzstan market, driving growth and strengthening market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the marketing strategy and growth plan for the Kyrgyzstan market.
• Identify market research opportunities and propose hypotheses.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
• Support the Commercial department with marketing initiatives.
• Track and influence key business and marketing metrics such as product awareness, sales growth, and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns.
• Identify and develop new online and offline marketing channels.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience managing budgets and analyzing costs.
• Proven ability to take 360° campaigns from brief to execution.
• Deep understanding of marketing research and technology.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to clearly justify and defend your point of view.
