Supply Operations Support Specialist

About the role

Join Glovo’s local operations team in Kyrgyzstan as a Supply Operations Support Specialist. You will play a key role in recruiting, training and supporting our couriers (Glovers) while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and train Glovers (couriers).
• Implement and optimise processes for attracting and retaining Glovers.
• Provide problem‑solving support to Glovers and maintain their documentation and contracts.
• Handle procurement of work kits and ensure couriers are ready to represent the Glovo brand.
• Manage planning, general administration and KPI analysis.
• Communicate effectively with the local Operations Manager on processes and customer‑support matters.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and quick problem‑solving ability.

• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decisions.
• Enjoy teaching and adapting new employees.
• Positive energy and resilience on challenging days.
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
