About the role

INFUSE Academy is seeking a strategic and growth‑oriented Team Lead for Learning and Development. This remote, contract position will guide the design and delivery of innovative, story‑driven e‑learning experiences that align with business objectives and learner needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch self‑paced, asynchronous e‑learning programs enhanced with AI‑powered tools and immersive simulators.
• Experiment with storytelling techniques inspired by platforms like Netflix to create engaging, narrative‑driven learning journeys.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure learning solutions support demand‑generation goals.
• Lead a tight‑knit team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of bold ideas and continuous experimentation.
• Measure and report on the impact of learning initiatives on business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading L&D or instructional design teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong strategic mindset with a focus on growth and innovation.
• Comfortable experimenting with new approaches and technologies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
