Trade Marketeer

About the role

JTI is looking for a Trade Marketeer to drive sales of our products in retail outlets within an assigned territory. You will build relationships with store staff, ensure product availability, and support promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail locations daily.
• Develop partnership relationships with store personnel.
• Provide information on products, new releases, and loyalty programmes.
• Execute merchandising activities in stores.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure full product assortment is available.
• Prepare reports according to company standards.
• Communicate with direct delivery representatives.
• Monitor the tobacco market and report insights to management.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• At least 1 year of sales experience or a strong desire to develop in this field.
• Fluency in Russian and the official state language (preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence with minimum 1 year of driving experience.
• Positive attitude in a constantly changing environment and high self‑motivation.
• Responsibility, punctuality, goal‑orientation and result focus.
• Strong time‑management abilities.
