Accountant – 1‑year ERP Migration Project

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to support a 12‑month transition to a new ERP system. The role is project‑based and focuses on ensuring accurate migration of financial data, improving automation, and enhancing reporting capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle settlements with hotelier suppliers using 1C:8.3 and the new ERP, including revenue reconciliation, invoice creation, and payment status updates.
• Maintain and prepare payment data in Google Sheets, manage tables with settlement details and banking information, and work within internal Extranet and CRM systems.
• Manage virtual credit cards: reconcile issued cards, issue or delete cards as needed, and keep a registry of active cards.
• Respond to hoteliers via chat and email, process adjustments, provide required documents, and handle payment requests.
• Perform additional accounting tasks assigned by the manager, ensuring data accuracy throughout the migration.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Accountant or Junior Accountant.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher; Russian at C1 level.

Required skills

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience with 1C and ERP finance software.
