Air Corporate Agent

About the role

The Air Corporate Agent will manage corporate air travel bookings for clients in Bishkek, ensuring accurate ticketing, fare calculations, and itinerary preparation for both domestic and international flights.

Key responsibilities

• Handle corporate flight reservations, issue and re‑issue tickets, and calculate fares accurately.
• Provide tailored travel solutions, advise on routes and airline options, and resolve booking or itinerary issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align travel‑related services and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of airline policies.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Multilingual abilities (Russian, Kyrgyz, English) are highly beneficial.

Required skills

• Experience with airline reservation systems and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Knowledge of ticketing procedures for corporate travel.
• Proficiency in basic office software tools (email, spreadsheets, word processing).
