Custom Applicator – Agricultural & Energy Products

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Custom Applicator to join our team and provide professional application of agricultural chemicals and energy products. The role combines field work, equipment maintenance, and customer support to ensure high‑quality service for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately apply chemicals, liquid fertilizers, dry fertilizers, and anhydrous ammonia.
• Maintain and service application equipment to keep it in optimal condition.
• Deliver LP gas, liquid fuels, and oil products, including tank setups and pump maintenance.
• Keep facilities and equipment clean, safe, and ready for seasonal demand.
• Assist customers with crop, energy, structure, and grain operations.
• Support inventory management, product delivery, and sales activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and basic math abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb regularly and up to 100 lb occasionally.
• Willingness to work in varied weather conditions and mechanical environments.

Required skills

• Class A CDL with ATX endorsement.
• Pesticide application license (as required).
• Operation of agricultural application equipment.
• LP gas handling and fuel pump maintenance.
• Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
