National Team Member for UNSDCF Evaluation

About the role

The United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) for Kyrgyzstan (2023‑2027) requires a National Team Member to support the evaluation process. Working under the Team Leader/International Consultant, you will help ensure the evaluation captures national perspectives, contextual realities, and local development priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and logistics for the evaluation, including stakeholder mapping and interview scheduling.
• Collect and review documents, provide translation/interpretation support, and compile national data and background information.
• Participate in field visits to regional sites, engaging with local authorities, civil society, implementing partners, beneficiaries, and communities.
• Support qualitative and quantitative data analysis and contribute to drafting inception reports, presentations, briefing notes, and evaluation reports.
• Document discussions and synthesize feedback during validation workshops and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Experience in evaluation, monitoring, or research within development or UN contexts.
• Familiarity with Kyrgyzstan’s development landscape and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
