Local Grants Administration Consultant (3 positions)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) seeks three local consultants to provide field‑level administrative and procurement support to beneficiaries of the 1+1 Matching Grants Programme in Kyrgyzstan.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with assigned grant recipients and guide procurement‑related requirements based on approved business plans.
• Support grant recipients in identifying suitable vendors, obtaining quotations, and collecting required documentation.
• Collect, review, and submit vendor documentation to the Lead Grants Administration Consultant.
• Coordinate procurement and payment documentation, ensuring timely submission and compliance with IOM procedures.
• Verify the 50% personal contribution of grantees and confirm delivery of goods/services, including photographic evidence.
• Provide weekly updates to the Lead Consultant and submit a final report summarising activities, challenges and recommendations.

Required profile

• National of the Kyrgyz Republic or legal resident in Kyrgyzstan.
• Experience in procurement, grants administration, or a related field.
• Ability to travel within the assigned oblast and conduct field visits.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IOM procurement and financial procedures.
• Familiarity with vendor documentation requirements (e.g., registration certificates, bank details).
