Project Accountant for ERP Migration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join a 12‑month, project‑based assignment focused on migrating our financial processes to a new ERP system. You will ensure accurate data migration, support automation improvements, and work closely with internal teams and the ERP implementation partner.

Key responsibilities

• Handle settlements with hotel suppliers using 1C:8.3 and the new ERP, including revenue reconciliation, invoice creation, and payment status updates.
• Maintain and update settlement data in Google Sheets and internal CRM/extranet systems.
• Manage virtual credit cards: reconcile issued cards, issue or delete cards, and keep a registry of active cards.
• Respond to hotelier inquiries via chat and email, provide required documents, and process payment requests.
• Perform additional accounting tasks in 1C and support the ERP integration team as needed.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Accountant or Junior Accountant.
• Proficiency in English (B2) and Russian (C1).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel usage.
• Experience with 1C accounting software and ERP finance modules.
• Competent use of Google Sheets for data collection and reporting.
