Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our online payment solution for restaurants, cafés, and delivery services across Kyrgyzstan. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales function from the ground up, working with a proven product and an existing market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract new B2B clients in the HoReCa sector, including restaurants, cafés, and coffee shops.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings and deliver compelling presentations to owners and managers.
• Negotiate contract terms and secure agreements for service integration.
• Guide clients through the onboarding process and support them during the initial weeks of usage.
• Design and manage a personal sales pipeline, tracking prospects from lead to closing.
• Gather market feedback and relay insights to the product development team.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within HoReCa, IT products, or business services.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to build a sales funnel independently and close deals.
• Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; knowledge of Kyrgyz is advantageous.
• Result‑driven mindset with willingness to conduct active field meetings.
