Brand Manager Assistant – Remote EU

About the role

Foxelli Group is looking for a Brand Manager Assistant to join its creative brand Hooks & Needles, which focuses on crochet and knitting. This is a hands-on, 100% remote role working across product development, customer feedback, marketing and day-to-day brand projects. The position is based on a fixed service fee contract.

Key responsibilities

• Help develop and improve products, reviewing patterns, instructions and content for accuracy and quality, and working with creators and internal teams.
• Review customer feedback, spot trends and issues, and turn insights into ideas for products and the customer experience.
• Keep up with crochet and knitting trends and research new ideas and products.
• Help with product-related customer questions and monitor online communities.
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns, source creative content and support product storytelling.
• Use AI tools to speed up research, analysis and daily tasks.

Required profile

• Attention to detail, organization, independence and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Openness to feedback and curiosity about learning and testing ideas.
• Crochet or knitting knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Experience in e-commerce, product development or brand management is helpful but not required.
• Availability of at least 5 hours during typical Eastern European Time Zone working hours (UTC+2/UTC+3); part-time roles are exempt.

Required skills

• Shopify, Asana, Google Sheets, InDesign and other AI tools.
