About the role

As a Brand Marketing Services Associate at Glovo, you will join the Brands Ads (BAds) team to help brands expand their reach, engagement, and sales through Glovo’s advertising platform in Kyrgyzstan. You will work closely with FMCG, finance, and non‑endemic brands to drive sustainable growth and establish Glovo as the preferred advertising channel.

Key responsibilities

• Forge and strengthen partnerships with FMCG, finance, and non‑endemic brands using Glovo’s retail marketing tools.
• Design high‑performing sales funnels and continuously improve outbound sales processes.
• Act as a proactive partner, anticipating brand needs and delivering support for Glovo’s ad solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, translate data into actionable insights, and champion results to foster loyalty.
• Develop innovative playbooks and custom strategies for different advertiser segments to boost revenue.
• Oversee accurate billing, financial processes, and rollout of Brand Ads products across priority sectors.
• Set and achieve quarterly and annual goals with brands, sharing success stories and best practices.
