Consultant - Central Asia

About the role

Civitta, an international management consulting, funding and digital solutions company with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries, is looking for a Consultant for Central Asia. You will work with governments and private sector clients on digital transformation, reform and economic development projects, supporting the "New Silk Road". You will collaborate with international donors such as the World Bank, EBRD, UN, KfW, ADB, GIZ and the EC, as well as cross-border teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform desk research and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
• Work with statistical databases in MS Excel
• Draft reports and presentations on public policy topics at national and local levels
• Take part in meetings with business and government officials
• Contribute to the development of proposals

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Sustainability, Finance or a related subject
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• English at B2 level or higher
• Proficiency in Kyrgyz and Russian
• Experience with the government sector or sustainability projects is a plus
