Consumer & Trade Programs Effectiveness Specialist

About the role

The Consumer & Trade Programs Effectiveness Specialist will monitor and improve the performance of trade and consumer research programs in the Kyrgyz Republic. Using digital tools, the role ensures transparent, data‑driven decision‑making and maximises return on investment while complying with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Control the effectiveness of trade and consumer market research programs, focusing on ROI and KPI achievement.
• Manage the allocation and tracking of material resources used in programs.
• Utilise digital platforms to minimise subjectivity and increase process transparency.
• Prepare and present analytical reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with JTI’s internal policies, financial reporting standards and health‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in economics, finance, management or marketing.
• Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG consumer marketing, trade program effectiveness, finance or sales.
• Fluency in Kyrgyz and Russian; English at upper‑intermediate level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, time‑management, and stress resilience.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and KPI calculation.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau (or similar visualisation tools).
• Competent use of Outlook, Word and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
