About the role

This position is responsible for advising and serving bank clients on financing terms, rates, and documentation requirements, while supporting the bank’s credit portfolio growth and risk diversification.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients on financing conditions, including terms, rates, financing forms, and required documentation.
• Conduct activities to attract potential financing customers and guide them through the credit process.
• Maintain stable growth of the bank’s credit portfolio while ensuring acceptable quality through risk minimisation and diversification.
• Perform timely financial analysis of client businesses to assess payment capacity, stability and creditworthiness.
• Prepare expert project assessments to justify financing decisions or propose changes to existing credit terms.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics (minimum bachelor’s degree).
• At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector, specifically in credit operations.
• Analytical and critical thinking with high stress resilience.
• Knowledge of Kyrgyz banking legislation and National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic requirements.
• Strong communication skills and professional client interaction.
